From the initial stages of appraising your property we will provide you with samples of other properties we have leased and similar properties in the area to justify what price we believe to market it.
We will also provide suggestions on improvements to market to the best available tenants – whether this is adding some cushions to the couches, including some artwork and/or working on the garden etc. Many of our owners are interstate and want this guidance – we are investors ourselves so we pass on tools and tricks to show your property in the best light to achieve the best rent with the best tenant.
