I’d like to thank you for your friendly and professional service, particularly responding to our application so quickly. Your service certainly made things so much easier at what can be a stressful time for newcomers to the city. We hope to meet you again and would recommend you and your company to our friends and colleagues.

I’d like to donate $50.00. The starlight foundation is a good cause and I’d like to show my appreciation for your services over the last couple years. It makes all the difference having an agent that is informative communicates well. Christo, special mention to you. You’ve been fantastic to work with thus far, please keep up the good work. Really going to be looking to you guys in the future to ensure my tenant/s are happy given the tough market currently in Darwin.

My wife and I live in Western Australia. We have been property investors since 1992 and still are today. At one stage we had eight rentals spread between W.A., QLD and NT on the go.We know how important property managers are to the success of any property!
We purchased our first Northern Territory property in 2005 and, to our surprise, immediately had problems with the property managers that had been recommended to us by the sales team!
For three years we persevered with the problems until we had Habitat Real Estate recommended to us by a friend. I rang and spoke to Emma and explained the situation and problems that we had experienced and the promises of better service from our current managers that were constantly broken.
Emma assured us that her team could do much better; informing us that she was also a property investor and had previously experienced the frustration of bad service herself. We signed up to Habitat there and then.
For the last nine years the property has been working as we had always expected it to work, – regular income, bills paid on time, three sets of good tenants, regular inspections, good communication and when necessary quick responses to maintenance issues. My wife and I have no hesitation what-so-ever in recommending Habitat Real Estate to anyone with a property in the extended Darwin area.

Habitat has been the best property manager any landlord could hope for. We did not have one day without a tenant in all those eight years and the tenants were always very well selected.
Habitat was always there for us which was so important given we were living so far away. We couldn’t have done it without you.
You always responded to any problem without delay and had a “can-do” practical approach backed up by an excellent team of tradespeople. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
